DCANet Lights Fiber Ring between Philadelphia and Wilmington
PHILADELPHIA, Sep 01, 2004 - DCANet, a leading provider of quality Internet and VoIP services throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey announced today the activation of a DWDM network between its data centers in Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA via a diverse private fiber ring. This protected optical ethernet network provides high capacity transit, network redundancy and self-healing capabilities while connecting customers and information throughout the Delaware Valley.
