DCForum is a moderated discussion forum. A moderator is assigned to a forum(s) by the administrator and, once assigned, is responsible for keeping the integrity of his/her forum(s).  Once installed, DCForum admin performs all forum management using the browser. It eliminates the need to edit configuration files locally and then uploading them to the server.  Unlike many of its competitors, DCForum features fully-threaded discussion, which is an essential part of online community discussion forum. While the main thread listing is dynamically generated from a text-delimited database, each thread is stored in HTML format. DCForum is administrator-friendly...by incorporating ALERT icons on each message, any registered user can alert the administrator of bad message. By incorporating ARCHIVE and REMOVE icons on each thread, DCForum allows the administrator and moderators to instantly ARCHIVE/REMOVE a thread without using the administration program.
