If you already have your domain name registered: 

• DCANet will assist in transferring your domain name for a one-time fee of $50, per domain name. Domain transfers cannot be completed without the name of the person who originally registered the domain and the required authentication information. DCANet cannot guarantee the successful transfer of a domain name.
