2. I've uploaded my files but I don't see them on my browser. What am I doing wrong?

You are probably uploading your files to the root directory instead of the document directory. Files must be loaded to the subdirectory with the same name as the domain name. Example: joeuser has an account with the virtual host www.foobar.com. The web files must go in the /home/joeuser/foobar.com directory, not /home/joeuser.

Where <domain name> is the location of your web page, ex: mycompany.com.

8. How can I add a feedback form to my web site?

You can use DCANet's general-purpose form processing cgi-bin script.  If you are using MS FrontPage you can use FrontPage's forms.
